Job summary

Milwaukee Succeeds is looking for a Program Manager in Port Washington, WI to oversee large-scale data center construction projects. This role involves planning, coordinating, and ensuring quality construction of various systems while managing associated risks. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's in Construction Management and have at least 5 years of relevant experience, particularly in data centers and construction management. A competitive salary range of $145,000 to $155,000, plus bonus, is offered, as well as comprehensive benefits including health insurance and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in managing construction projects of increasing complexity required, 7+ years preferred.
• Data Center experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience in CSA (civil, structural, architectural) and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) construction management is a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Identify problems and simplify solutions for better execution.
• Monitor construction progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
