Job summary

Prime Data Centers Corporation in Austin, TX is seeking a Construction Project Manager (CPM), Tenant Fit-Out to lead site design, pre-construction and construction activities. You will coordinate with operations, design, procurement, vendors, and tenants to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery that meets Prime quality and tenant tech specs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• 5+ years of commercial construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-phased projects to meet schedule, budget, and quality goals.
• Coordinate with Owner, Design Team, Contractor, and tenants for smooth execution.
• Collaborate with EH&S to implement site safety procedures.
• Provide cost analysis feedback and constructability reviews.
• Prepare and update project budget, schedules, and cash flow forecasts.
• Review monthly invoices and change orders with contractors.
• Travel up to 30%.
