Job summary

• Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, safety regulations, environmental requirements, and corporate standards.
• Strategic planning of office and labs.
• Manage contractor selection, bid evaluations, contract negotiations, and project execution.
• Monitor construction progress, conduct site inspections, and resolve project issues proactively.
• Track project budgets, approve invoices, manage change orders, and provide financial reporting.
• Partner with Facilities, IT, Security, EHS, HR, and business leaders to ensure successful project deliver.

Job Description

AECOM is seeking a Construction Manager. This role will operate at cross section between multiple divisional personnel, senior leadership, program management, and key stakeholders. This position will be on site in McGregor, TX.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• BA/BS plus eight years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with hyperscale mission critical/data center construction projects.
• PMP or similar certifications preferred.
• 20 years of related experience.
• Strong understanding of quality and safety culture, regulatory compliance, assurance, and governance expectations.
• OSHA 30 certification with experience creating a strong safety culture.

Additional Information

• Sponsorship for US employment authorization is not available now or in the future for this position.
• Relocation is not available for this position.

Offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The range for this position is $150000 to $195000.
