Job summary

McGough is seeking field leadership professionals to support its National Travel - Advanced Technology team delivering complex data center and mission-critical projects across the country. This multi-level requisition covers Assistant Superintendent, Superintendent, and Senior Superintendent roles, with level determined during interview based on experience and project needs.

Responsibilities range from supporting preconstruction through turnover, increasing in scope and leadership by level.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Roles vary by level: Assistant Superintendent, Superintendent, Senior Superintendent.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word, Bluebeam or similar tools.
• Strong communication, collaboration and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Preconstruction planning and field logistics coordination.
• Lead or support field operations and subcontractor management.
• Develop and manage project schedules and pull planning activities.
• Promote safety and ensure quality across field teams.
• Monitor costs and maintain field documentation and controls.
• Mentor and develop field staff and leaders as appropriate.
• Coordinate commissioning and turnover activities.
• Support Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
