Job summary

Meta is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our Data Center Design, Engineering & Construction team. You will lead construction, commissioning, and turnover for data center projects across campus programs, while managing budgets, schedules, and vendor contracts.

Ideal candidates have 12+ years in construction management, multi-project experience in large-scale or mission critical builds, and familiarity with Procore, BIM 360, and related tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in engineering or construction management or equivalent work experience.
• 12+ years of work experience in construction management.
• Multi-project experience in large-scale construction, mission critical or data centers.
• Knowledge of civil, structural, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Knowledge of capital budget management and contract administration.
• Negotiation skills and problem-solving experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the construction, commissioning, and turnover of a Data Center within a campus program.
• Manage the budget and cost change process, negotiating best pricing.
• Oversee schedule and risks to ensure reliable turnover dates.
• Coordinate with General Contractor, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Support pre-construction efforts and promote prefabrication strategies.
• Develop budgets and ROMs; support on-site inspections for expeditious turnover.
