Job summary
IES Commercial Inc. - C&I Division is seeking a full-time Constructability Manager-Data Center in Lithia Springs, Georgia. The role requires deep understanding of data center construction and electrical installation, with responsibilities including managing project requirements, integrating BIM design, and coordinating with project teams. Candidates should have a BS degree in Construction Management or Electrical Engineering and at least 7 years of Electrical Field experience. Qualifications
7+ years Electrical Field experience (Master's or Journeyman preferred).
Experience with $20-$100M electrical projects preferred.
Successfully pass pre-employment background check and MVR check.
Responsibilities
Understand project requirements and ensure constructability.
Integrate BIM design with actual construction installation.
Coordinate with Project Supervision and Design Team.
Prepare weekly and monthly project reports.
Maintain project records and design drawings.
