Job summary

Control Risks is seeking a Data Center Security Compliance Manager to oversee client data center security program compliance across multiple campuses. You will travel to sites, manage licenses, permits, and insurance documentation, and coordinate with legal, facilities, risk, and vendors to close gaps.

We value independence, strong communication, and a track record of improving compliance processes. Expect regional travel and on-site collaboration with the client and contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years in compliance, audit, risk management, licensing, or related roles.
• Experience handling documentation-heavy compliance workflows across licenses, permits, and audits.
• Experience in large-scale operational, facilities, real estate, construction, or multi-site environments preferred.
• Able to work independently with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Travel to client sites to review compliance operations and gather audit evidence.
• Monitor and elevate gaps in licenses, insurance, inspections, and deadlines.
• Coordinate with Legal, Facilities, Risk, Procurement, and site teams to resolve items.
• Support internal audits and readiness reviews with documentation and findings.
• Maintain audit-ready records for licenses, permits, and compliance communications.
• Represent the client on-site and uphold safety, professionalism, and quality standards.
