Job summary

AWS Data Center Commissioning Team is seeking a highly capable CxE to provide testing and validation oversight of electrical and mechanical infrastructure in AWS data centers. You will review design documents, lead Factory Witness Testing, and manage third-party commissioning vendors to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering, installation, or startup/commissioning of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or 5+ years of relevant discipline work experience.
• High technical competency in mechanical or electrical or control systems used in critical infrastructures; able to learn others.

Responsibilities

• Provide testing and validation oversight of AWS data center electrical and mechanical infrastructure.
• Review design documents, lead Factory Witness Testing (FWT), and manage third-party commissioning vendors.
• Coordinate multi-discipline input, schedule testing, and document lessons learned to drive program improvements.
