Job summary

Controlled Contamination Services is hiring a Data Center Cleaning Technician I to maintain cleanliness in controlled environments. You will clean ceilings, walls, equipment and floors, following strict SOPs to meet data center standards.

Daily tasks include performing micro-cleaning, documenting procedures, and participating in ongoing training. The role requires attention to safety, confidentiality, and the ability to work weekdays from 8:00am to 4:30pm.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and training.
• Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's; comfortable with basic money, weight, volume, and distance calculations.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning operations under strict guidelines.
• Continually monitor cleaning procedures to ensure all cleaning is completed promptly and correctly.
• Responsible for participating in continuous training: Data Center, technical skills, safety, performance improvement.
• Normal duties include but are not limited to micro-cleaning all surfaces within the general & critical environment including ceilings, walls, equipment, and floors.
• The ability to follow customer standard operating procedures in precise detail including documentation.
• Identify deviations in cleaning and follow through on corrective and preventative actions (variances).
• Review change to SOP/SOW documentation and re-train.
• Assist in the cross training of other Controlled Contamination Services personnel.
• All other duties as defined by supervisor.
