Job summary

FlatironDragados seeks an Area Operations Manager for Data Centers to lead large civil infrastructure programs across multiple regions. You will oversee site development, earthwork, concrete, utilities, and paving, ensuring projects meet financial and scheduling targets while sustaining high safety standards.

You will partner with Owners and JV partners, coordinate with leadership and HR for staffing, manage notices and change orders, review schedules, and drive profitability and compliance

Qualifications

15+ years’ experience in heavy civil construction.
10+ years’ experience leading construction teams.
Experience managing heavy civil, site development or greenfield projects.
Proven ability to manage claims and negotiations with Owners reps.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate multiple data center civil infra projects across regions.
Ensure safety, schedule, budget, and profitability targets are met.
Maintain strong Owner relationships and handle change orders and payments.
Oversee staffing, contracts, permits, and procurement processes.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and corporate departments.
