Qualifications

• Apprentice certificate required for apprentices.
• MUST HAVE DATA CENTER EXPERIENCE.
• Ability to work more than 40 hours per week.
• Experience reading blueprints and diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Build rough wooden structures such as forms and scaffolds per sketches or blueprints.
• Study blueprints to determine dimensions for forms and structures.
• Measure materials and lay out work using measuring tools.
• Cut boards, timbers, and plywood to required sizes.
• Assemble and fasten wood/metal framework with bolts, nails, or screws.
• Anchor and brace forms in place; erect forms and scaffolds using hand tools.
• Drill bolt holes and assemble forms for columns and walls.
• Dig or direct digging of post holes to support structures.
• Fabricate parts using woodworking and metalworking machines.
