Job summary

TDS Group is seeking a Data Center Deployment Technician II to join their Houston team. This mid-level position requires 2–3 years of hands-on experience in data centers, focusing on structured cabling tasks such as labeling, bundling, and Quality Control for fiber optic and copper cabling.

In this role, you'll work independently and mentor Level I technicians while ensuring project standards are met. TDS offers a clear growth path and opportunity to work on large-scale data center projects.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of hands-on data center experience.
• Experience labeling, bundling, dressing, and porting cables.
• Strong commitment to quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end labeling of fiber optic and copper cables.
• Bundle, dress, and route cables to client specifications.
• Ensure proper cable management and perform QC/QA checks.
