AFL is seeking a Data Center Cabling Lead Technician/Foreman in Abilene, Texas. The Lead Technician will manage low-voltage cabling installations, ensuring adherence to quality standards and customer requirements. Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ data cabling experience.
• Must have the ability to install, terminate & test low voltage cables & fiber optical cables.
• Ability to work from heights utilizing proper fall protection.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams of 3-5 Technicians to complete project tasks.
• Ensure timely, high-quality installations that meet customer requirements.
• Maintain satisfactory compliance with customer security requirements.
