Job Summary

Data Center Builds Team Lead – Full Time – Division: Solutions – Location: USA, Aurora, 2725 Bilter Road.

Lead material ordering, customer service, and inventory management for a data center. Assemble and install servers and electronic components using hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee loading and unloading of inbound and outbound freight, managing shipping documents and records.
  • Perform quality checks on inbound and outbound freight, verifying part numbers, quantities, and condition.
  • Execute daily inventory cycle counts and place replenishment orders for critical spare parts on site.
  • Process return shipments of electronic components using multiple warehouse management systems.
  • Place server racks on the data center floor with laser measurements, ensuring 100% accuracy.
  • Populate and install cabling into server racks following provided diagrams and schematics.
  • Install rack hardware using hand, power, and measuring tools.
  • Operate material handling equipment, such as straddle stackers, rack movers, and electric pallet jacks.
  • Perform and oversee cleanup activities to maintain safety, cleanliness, and 5S standards.
  • Push, pull, and lift frequently throughout the workday.

Key Skills and Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

Expected base pay range: $27.00 – $27.00 per hour. Compensation will be determined by job‑related factors such as experience, skills, education, certifications, and location.
