Job summary

Barry-Wehmiller Design Group is seeking an Automation and Control System Commissioning Manager to lead the onsite commissioning of BMS/EPMS for large data center projects across North America. This role will coordinate design, integration, and field teams to deliver standardized control deployments on time and to spec.

You will oversee staffing, scheduling, issue resolution, and change management, while maintaining safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in industrial control or building automation.
• 4+ years overseeing installation, startup, and commissioning with extensive onsite time.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with large, cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as onsite main point of contact for DG BMS/EPMS commissioning and overall site activities.
• Lead commissioning status reviews and executive-level discussions with clients, GC, and commissioning agents.
• Represent DG at site commissioning and design reviews, change management, and scope meetings; ensure safety and quality.
