Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. in Leesburg, VA seeks a Data Center Inventory & Asset Technician for an 18-month contract. You will perform cycle audits, handle deliveries, document transactions, and coordinate warranty claims with suppliers for RMAs.

Qualified candidates have a High School Diploma with 6 months of inventory experience and familiarity with IT hardware, plus strong communication and a customer-focused approach. Forklift experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 6 months of inventory-related experience or internship.
• Prefer 2+ years in warehouse/supply chain in an IT environment.
• Familiarity with IT hardware, warranty claims and RMAs.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle audits and execute incoming/outgoing deliveries while documenting all transactions accurately.
• Coordinate with suppliers to initiate warranty claims and process returns on failed equipment.
• Develop working knowledge of inventory management principles and stock control practices.
• Ensure compliance with security and data management policies while handling data-bearing devices.
• Assist in reconciling inventory discrepancies and maintaining detailed physical inventory records.
