Job summary

Astreya is seeking an AI Infrastructure Datacenter Design Level 1 professional to assist in developing foundational data hall designs and drafting under guidance from senior engineers. You will create simple AutoCAD drawings, support documentation, and learn design standards.

This role focuses on building core technical skills, capacity planning support, and adhering to established procedures while gaining exposure to low-complexity projects.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of data center infrastructure concepts.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar drafting software.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Create and update simple AutoCAD drawings and layouts for cabinets, rack elevations, structured cabling, and basic infrastructure components.
• Support data hall design documentation, asset tracking, and drawing revisions.
• Assist with capacity planning and basic infrastructure assessments.
• Follow established design standards, templates, and operational procedures.
• Coordinate with internal engineering teams to gather project requirements and updates.
• Participate in quality reviews and incorporate feedback from senior engineers.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and design records.
• Learn data center design principles, cabling standards, and operational best practices.
