Job summary

CBX Solutions, LLC is hiring a Data Technician III to install and maintain cable infrastructure in a low voltage environment. You will meet site safety requirements, perform routine maintenance, and work with co-workers on structured cabling projects.

Essential duties include routing and terminating copper, tying cables neatly, and ensuring proper labeling and cleanliness on site. Prior OSHA 10 is preferred, with strong attention to safety and teamwork expected.

Qualifications

• OSHA 10 certification required/preferred.
• Ability to ask questions and learn new skills.
• Punctuality and consistent daily attendance.
• Own basic hand tools ( drill, snips, screwdrivers, level).
• Ability to use hand and power tools for job site tasks.
• Understand safety and use appropriate safety measures daily.
• Familiar with industry best practices.
• Able to work independently and in a group.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair cable infrastructure in a low voltage environment.
• Tie and bundle cables according to code and standards.
• Run, pull, and terminate copper cables.
• Assist with installation and maintenance of structured cabling systems.
• Ensure installations are neat, plumb, and professional in appearance.
• Maintain project housekeeping and track tools/materials.
