Job summary

Northmarq, a premier capital markets resource for commercial real estate, seeks a Data Business Analyst to support our Bloomington, MN platform. You will lead data integrity initiatives, coordinate cross-functional projects, and ensure timely delivery of data-related tasks across Salesforce and related processes.

The role blends technical expertise with leadership, requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in data management and coordination.
3–5 years of experience in data management, operations, or business analysis with project management responsibilities.
Salesforce.com is preferred but not required; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
Advanced Excel skills (formulas, vlookup, pivot tables, macros).
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in commercial real estate preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional projects involving Data Management, IT, and business teams.
Plan, organize, and manage data-related projects including migration, cleansing, and integration.
Serve as liaison between Data Management, IT, and business teams to define scope and timelines.
Identify opportunities to streamline data workflows and improve Salesforce data governance and quality assurance.
Monitor and maintain Salesforce data accuracy through audits, cleansing, and validation.
Develop and deliver ad hoc reports, dashboards, and status updates to stakeholders.
Manage helpdesk requests related to data updates and troubleshooting.
Create and maintain project documentation and timelines.
