Innova Solutions is hiring a QA Lead – Data Automation in Jersey City, NJ. This is a full-time contract role (12+ months) on a W-2 basis with a pay range of $65–$67 per hour, offering comprehensive benefits and visa-neutral options where applicable.

The ideal candidate has 10–15 years in QA leadership for data-centric environments, strong Python automation and SQL skills, and extensive experience with ETL, data migration, and data warehousing.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of QA Lead / Senior QA in data-centric environments.
• 10+ years data migration, ETL, warehousing, and reporting QA.
• 7+ years Python automation and advanced SQL.
• Validate ETL pipelines, data warehouse loads, and batch processes; ensure report accuracy.
• 10+ years with Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, etc.
• Experience using Copilot + AI tools for productivity.
• Own QA strategy and delivery for data migration and reporting apps.
• Lead/source-to-target data validation across multiple sources.
• Design Python-based automation for data and report testing.
• Strong test-driven approach and OO concepts.
• Hands-on Python with DB2.
