Job summary

Qualifications

  • Solid SQL skills and experience designing analytical data models.
  • Experience integrating data from multiple enterprise systems and APIs.
  • Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS preferred).
  • Experience delivering dashboards and analytics using Power BI (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain data ingestion, transformation, and analytics workflows using Python and SQL.
  • Develop and maintain analytical data models, including facts, dimensions, and KPIs.
  • Integrate data from multiple enterprise systems and APIs.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI.
  • Administer and support SharePoint environments, including site structure and permissions.
  • Design lightweight automation and workflows (Power Apps, scripts, low-code tools).
  • Support write-back or data input use cases where analytics intersect with operations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver usable, well-documented solutions.
  • Participate in CI/CD practices and production data pipeline management.
  • Troubleshoot data quality, performance, and integration issues across systems.

Data & Automation Engineer
Role Overview

We are seeking a Data & Automation Engineer to design, build, and maintain data pipelines, analytics solutions, dashboards, and lightweight automation across enterprise systems. This role blends data engineering, analytics, and platform administration, with a strong emphasis on delivering practical, client-facing and internal solutions.

You will work across cloud data platforms, business intelligence tools, APIs, and Microsoft ecosystem tools (Power BI, SharePoint, Power Apps) to turn fragmented data into reliable insights and efficient workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement data ingestion, transformation, and analytics workflows using Python and SQL
  • Develop and maintain analytical data models, including facts, dimensions, and KPIs
  • Integrate data from multiple enterprise systems and APIs (e.g., project management, finance, HR, DevOps, and SaaS platforms)
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports using modern BI tools (Power BI preferred)
  • Administer and support SharePoint environments, including site structure, permissions, and data organization
  • Design and implement lightweight automation and workflow solutions for internal teams and clients (e.g., Power Apps, scripts, or low-code tools)
  • Support write-back or data input use cases where analytics and operational workflows intersect
  • Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver usable, well-documented solutions
  • Participate in CI/CD practices, version control, and production data pipeline management
  • Troubleshoot data quality, performance, and integration issues across systems
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, relevant technical field, or substantial equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience using Python or other major programming languages for data ingestion, transformation, and analytics workflows
  • Solid SQL skills with experience designing analytical data models
  • Experience integrating data from multiple enterprise systems and APIs
  • Experience working with cloud-based data platforms (AWS preferred)
  • Experience delivering dashboards and analytics using modern BI tools (Power BI preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases
  • Familiarity with SharePoint administration and the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
  • Experience designing or consuming REST APIs
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, version control, and production data environments
  • Interest in or exposure to data science, forecasting, or AI-driven analytics
