Job summary

KPMG International Cooperative is seeking an experienced Data Architect to design and implement enterprise data solutions for the Audit domain. You will lead data workstreams, ensure trusted data governance, and align data architectures with business strategy while collaborating with senior stakeholders in a highly regulated environment.

You will embed standards, define data models, and drive metadata management and data cataloging across major technology transformation programmes.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in data architecture and data modelling.
• Strong understanding of data management concepts including lineage, master data and reference data management.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and embed data architecture standards, principles and best practices across Audit.
• Lead data architecture activities on technology transformation programmes.
• Design and maintain conceptual, logical and physical data models, data mappings and lineage documentation.
• Support metadata management and architecture repository governance.
• Apply data governance, traceability, lineage, master data and reference data management practices.
• Ensure designs enable secure and effective data consumption and regulatory compliance.
