Job description

Key Skills

• Data warehouse modeling experience in enterprise data domains such as HR operations, Finance, Sales, and Marketing
• Good understanding of data management principles such as data governance, data security, and data quality

Responsibilities

• Work with Product Owner/Business Analysts to understand functional requirements, interpret complex business needs, translate into meaningful data requirements, and interact with cross-functional teams to architect & deliver data solutions
• Initiate, lead, and perform in-depth analysis; provide recommendations on data architecture to support complex business problems
• Design data models - Conceptual, Logical, and collaborate with Data Engineers on the data model, its maintenance, optimization, and end-to-end data-driven integration strategy
• Participate in developing future state data architecture standards, guidelines, and principles

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Data architecture and data modeling
• Must Have GCP (Google Cloud Platform) Experience

Additional Skills

• Strong domain expertise in functional areas like Finance, Risks, HR, Supply Chain
• Experience with SQL or equivalent database querying language
• Working knowledge of relational databases, including MySQL, and large-scale distributed systems
• Analytical skills with experience in identifying, quantifying, and effectively raising business risks related to data quality or non-compliance
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the capability to work effectively with business stakeholders
