Insight Global is seeking a Data Architect to lead a critical enterprise data transformation in Phoenix. You will act as a player-coach, delivering hands-on architecture work while guiding governance and modernization of the data platform.

The role partners with stakeholders to build a scalable data foundation, improve data quality, and foster a data-driven culture across the organization; the initial program spans ~18 months.

Qualifications

Our client is seeking a Data Architect to lead a critical enterprise data transformation initiative. This individual will serve as a player-coach, responsible for both hands‑on data architecture and strategic oversight of a company‑wide data modernization program. The organization is rebuilding its enterprise data warehouse after a previous platform initiative was unsuccessful and is investing in a new data repository and governance framework to support future growth.

This role will partner with technical and business stakeholders to establish a scalable data foundation, improve data quality and governance, and help foster a more data‑driven culture across the organization. The initial program is expected to span approximately 18 months and will play a key role in ensuring operational success and long‑term scalability.

• Salesforce as a data source inside a broader enterprise architecture, as distinct from Salesforce administration.
• AWS, or equivalent cloud, at an architectural level.
• Access‑control design, PII handling, and audit or regulatory readiness such as SOC 2 or CCPA.
• Data readiness for AI and machine learning: feature stores, vector data, retrieval pipeline preparation.
• Data integration works with large property carriers.
