Job summary

InterEx Group is seeking a hands-on Data Architect to lead the transformation of legacy SQL Server and data mart environments into Azure and Microsoft Fabric. This role is crucial for shaping the company’s enterprise data platform and cloud roadmap for the next 12–18 months.

Candidates with expertise in data architecture, migration experience, and Bronze/Silver/Gold medallion architecture are preferred. A contract-to-hire or permanent placement option is available.

Qualifications

• Experience in data architecture and data modeling is essential.
• Ability to migrate on-prem SQL Server into Azure is required.
• Familiarity with Bronze / Silver / Gold medallion architecture is a plus.

Overview

Working with a large enterprise client in the transportation industry on a search for a hands-on Data Architect to lead the modernization of legacy SQL Server/data mart environments into Azure + Microsoft Fabric. This is a highly visible role helping shape the company’s enterprise data platform and cloud roadmap over the next 12–18 months.

• Bronze / Silver / Gold medallion architecture


• Migrating on-prem SQL Server environments into Azure


• Data architecture / data modeling experience

Open to contract-to-hire or permanent candidates.

• Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
