Job summary

A7 Recruitment Company is seeking a data annotator for a full-time position. You will perform accurate data annotation based on project guidelines, review annotations for quality, and meet productivity and deadlines.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree, strong English communication, prior data annotation or BPO experience preferred, and availability to start immediately; Master’s or PhD is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree holder from any four-year course.
• Experience in data annotation and customer service in a BPO setting preferred/required depending on project.
• Strong English communication and comprehension skills.
• Willing to work a full-time 8-hour schedule.
• Available to start immediately.
• Preferably with a Master’s or PhD degree.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate and consistent data annotation based on project guidelines and quality standards.
• Review and validate annotated data for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
• Complete the required iCAP Modular and Pearson assessments.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to help improve processes and overall project quality.
• Meet productivity, accuracy, and project deadlines.
• Follow project-specific guidelines and quality requirements.
