About The Role

The Data and AI Capabilities Lead will help Boston Scientific identify, shape, and advance high‑value opportunities that use data, generative AI, agentic AI, and reusable AI capabilities to solve meaningful business problems.

This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, data, AI, product discovery, and technology delivery. The ideal candidate will partner with divisions, regions, and functions to move from early ideas into well‑formed, investment‑ready opportunities with clear value, feasibility, data readiness, adoption needs, and reusable capability fit.

The Data and AI Capabilities Lead will focus on the front end of the product lifecycle: strategic relationship building, business problem discovery, workflow analysis, AI/data feasibility, solution shaping, and value realization planning. The role will work closely with Product Owners, AI Core Services, data teams, architecture, security, engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure the right opportunities enter delivery and that funded solutions are positioned to achieve real business impact.
