This role will provide strategic leadership, manage cross-functional teams, drive governance, and partner with business stakeholders to deliver scalable data and analytics solutions.**Key Responsibilities*** Lead and manage the Data & Analytics Tower across BAU, enhancements, and projects.* Collaborate with business stakeholders, SMEs, and technical leads to define and deliver solutions.* Govern delivery teams and ensure quality, timely execution of initiatives.* Track and manage key operational and project metrics, KPIs, risks, and escalations.* Provide strategic and tactical recommendations to address business and technology challenges.* Identify growth opportunities, support proposals, and lead project delivery efforts.* Drive best practices in data engineering, analytics, reporting, and cloud technologies.**Required Skills & Experience*** Strong experience in Data Engineering, BI Reporting, Cloud Analytics, and stakeholder management within enterprise environments.* Hands-on expertise with: + AWS + Databricks + Python + SQL* Proven experience leading large-scale data and analytics teams and programs.* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.* Ability to manage multiple workstreams, including operations, enhancements, and strategic initiatives.**Preferred*** Experience with data modernization, data lakes/warehouses, and cloud transformation programs.* AWS and/or Databricks certifications preferred.#LI-MS2
