We are seeking a Data Analytics Senior Lead to govern the product-driven analytics roadmap for enterprise's marketing email and push messaging platform. Positioned at the nexus of marketing strategy, product management, and technical execution, this role is accountable for translating ambiguous business requirements into prioritized analytics strategies, standardized data architectures, and scalable reporting solutions—ranging from Tableau visualizations to Agentforce AI applications. The Senior Lead acts as the primary connective tissue between business stakeholders and data engineering teams, ensuring end-to-end alignment without direct software pipeline implementation.

At Salesforce, we believe in equitable compensation practices that reflect the dynamic nature of labor markets across various regions. The typical base salary range for this position is $150,100 - $227,000 annually. In select cities within the San Francisco and New York City metropolitan area, the base salary range for this role is $180,200 - $247,900 annually. The range represents base salary only, and does not include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable.
