Job summary

The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center is seeking a Reporting Analytics Specialist to turn data into meaningful insights through reports, dashboards, and storytelling for senior leadership. You will design analytical approaches and produce financial and operational reports supporting the Comprehensive Cancer Center programs.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years of related experience, and strong skills in Excel, Access, Tableau, and SQL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field; 2 years of relevant experience required, 2–4 years preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
• Proficiency in Excel, Access, Tableau and Microsoft Office desired; knowledge of the general ledger and SQL is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support and create reports and dashboards.
• Translate data into insights to inform strategic decisions with stakeholders.
• Develop Tableau datasources and reports for CCC programs and cancer research operations.
• Collaborate with IT and Finance on database creation and maintenance; assist with budgeting and monthly/quarterly reports.
