Responsibilities

• Tests, analyzes, and solves data issues to ensure data integrity and supports end users of BI tools.
• Develops complex reporting dashboards and scorecards to drive BI decisions.
• Collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Customer Care, and Strategy to target insights and understand customer data.
• Provides support to multiple departments to ensure BI and analytics needs are met and delivered.
