Job summary

Walmart's Customer Engagement Services (CES) seeks a Manager of Data Analytics to execute our data strategy with a focus on Contact Operations. You will transform data into actionable insights, ensure data quality, and partner with IT, marketing, finance, and operations to drive business outcomes.

You will leverage SQL, Python, and R, along with Tableau, Power BI, and Looker to visualize data, tell compelling stories, and influence decision-makers at the highest levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2 years’ experience in data analytics.
• Experience with data management and governance.

Responsibilities

• Data Source Identification and data quality checks.
• Translate business requirements into strategic initiatives.
• Data Visualization and storytelling to present insights to leadership.
• Transform data into actionable insights to drive decision-making.
• Conduct Exploratory Data Analysis and identify correlations and root causes.
• Develop and lead Data Quality Management procedures.
• Collaborate with IT, marketing, finance, and operations.
