At Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast, you’ll collaborate with passionate teams to reimagine our iconic brands and create experiences that spark joy, connection, and community through the magic of play. This is your chance to shape legendary play that lasts a lifetime.

At Wizards of the Coast, we connect people around the world through play and imagination. From our genre-defining games like Magic: The Gathering® and Dungeons & Dragons® to our growing multiverse, we continue to innovate and build new ways to foster friendship and connection. That’s where you come in!

This role will partner closely with product strategy, sales, finance, business strategy, and economics to support Magic: The Gathering’s growth. Through your reporting and insights, you will support the strategy of our worldwide teams making and building your career.

What You’ll Do:
  • Analyze – Work with business partners to deep dive into profitability opportunities related to pricing, inventory, play, and revenue recognition. Iterate quickly to refine work and meet deadlines.
  • Model – Build models to explore different business strategies and identify areas of growth. Partner with economists and financial analysts to reconcile revenue numbers.
  • Communicate – Explain findings to partners using clear visuals and concise communication. Incorporate stakeholder feedback into analytics so your team’s work is usable, useful, and used.
  • Collaborate – Handle ad-hoc queries from leadership and partner with them to strategize about the business. Prioritize stakeholder requests to put limited resources toward high-impact tasks. Work with technical teams to evaluate and communicate data needs and ensure the right data is available.
  • Cultivate – Lead a team of 3-5 other data analysts, identifying opportunities for your team to shine and grow. Identify opportunities for new projects, using existing tools in new ways, using existing data differently, and generally to demonstrate the value of data.

  • 7+ years of relevant work experience, including at least 2 years of experience leading a team.
