Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Data Analyst III to deliver final business solutions for the operations team via Power BI dashboards and a rich user experience.

The role requires domain expertise in supply chains, leveraging Ryder's Azure Data Lake to drive analytics initiatives and cutting-edge data technology. You will design critical dashboards and queries, perform ad-hoc analyses, and derive descriptive and prescriptive insights for Ryder teams and external customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; 2+ years building dashboards for diagnostic analysis with cloud experience; strong data visualization and storytelling.
• Experience delivering BI solutions with Power BI/Tableau and hands-on data manipulation in SQL.
• Exposure to ETL tooling (Alteryx/SSIS) and cloud data lake architectures.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards by translating business needs into visualizations to drive decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize analytics requests and deliver actionable insights.
• Enhance data integration and maturity to enable scalable analytics capabilities.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to cross-functional analytics projects.
• Work with data engineers and data scientists to expand data sources and analytic products.
