Milliman IntelliScript in Milwaukee (Brookfield), WI is seeking a Data Analytics Intern for Summer 2027. You will work on projects impacting our data analytics products, performing data analysis, reporting, and insights to support improved decision making.

This is an on‑site internship with housing stipend for eligible interns and opportunities to learn from experienced professionals. The role emphasizes Excel, Power BI, SQL, and VBA work, plus exposure to programming and data visualization

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in mathematics, information science, data science, statistics, or a related field
• General proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Preferred: experience with SQL queries and/or data modeling tools such as VBA or R
• Exposure to programming, coding, or software development
• Experience with data visualization tools
• Previous internship(s) or relevant work experience

Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For

Required:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mathematics, information science, data science, statistics, or a related field

General proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Preferred:

Experience with SQL queries and/or data modeling tools such as VBA or R

Compensation: The overall range for this role is $19.00- $35.00. A combination of factors will be considered, including, but not limited to, education, relevant work experience, qualifications, skills, certifications, etc. This is a non-exempt overtime eligible role

Location: This position will be based out of the Milliman office in Milwaukee (Brookfield), WI. A housing stipend is available for onsite work.
