Qualifications

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to gather information and draw conclusions
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Analyze moderately complex claim data for reporting and compliance
• Collaborate with multiple departments to identify needs and analyze solutions
• Prepare reports to monitor production and quality results, including SQL-based reporting
• Participate in internal audits and client claim audits as needed
• Monitor data for accurate accruals under supervision
• Support cross-functional teams to improve processes and documentation
• Complete assigned projects according to instructions
