Job summary

A community-based nonprofit organization is seeking a Data Analyst Intern/Volunteer to assist with data collection, analysis, and visualization related to social media, events, and fundraising. This role allows for gaining experience in data visualization and reporting, as well as portfolio-ready skills in program evaluation. The ideal candidate is a student or professional interested in analytics, available for 10–30 hours of in-person work per week, and comfortable with spreadsheets and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Student or professional interested in data, analytics, or evaluation.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and dashboards.
• Analytical and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Track social media and event performance metrics.
• Build and maintain dashboards using Google Sheets or Looker Studio.
• Design and analyze surveys using Qualtrics.
• Support post-event and impact reporting.
• Monitor donor and sponsor engagement metrics.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams.
