U.S. Venture is seeking an Analytics professional to join the Data Intelligence team in Green Bay, WI. The role involves driving creative solutions and insights for stakeholders, learning from peers, and expanding technical skills within the Data Intelligence organization.

You will contribute to data acquisition, cleansing, and the development of dashboards and data-driven insights, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business needs and maintain data standards.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years in analytics/data/supply chain role.
• Experience developing and presenting effective data visualizations used in decision-making.
• Basic understanding of database concepts and data modeling principles.
• Proficient SQL, data management, and data visualization abilities.
• Working knowledge of Python or R a strong plus.
• Strong business acumen with a supply chain, transportation, and/or energy background preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to navigate analytical challenges.
• Attention to detail and ability to view problems from multiple angles and perspectives.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate analytical outcomes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
