Qualifications

• Completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Math, Research, Economics, or related field.
• Beginner proficiency in research, basic statistics, and data visualization.
• AI fluency: understanding Generative AI tools and applying prompts to speed delivery.
• Preferred: SQL, Python or R and related internships or projects.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to client projects and strategic solutions early.
• Grow your skillset with certifications and hands-on mentorship.
• Help shape our client success stories. Your work will matter.
• Progress from supporting tasks to independent work with limited oversight by year end.
• Contribute to a positive and fun work environment and build relationships across the company.
• Transform datasets into narratives using tools like Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau to derive insights and ensure data integrity.
• Support the experimentation lifecycle by designing hypotheses and analyzing A/B test results.
• Stakeholder interaction including requirements gathering and clear communication to solve business problems.
