Responsibilities

• DATA GATHERING - obtain and gather statistic data on fare evasion incidences at MTA locations.
• COMPILING and REVIEWING RECORDS - use internal reports and databases for records.
• DATA ANALYSIS - analyze and present data; use SOPs; apply SQL/Python for insights.
• Connect and integrate data from databases, spreadsheets, relational databases, and cloud services.
• Clean and organize data for reporting and analysis.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for management decisions.
• Identify system optimization opportunities based on business processes.
• Follow data security measures and comply with regulations.
• Collaborate with analysts and data engineers to deliver solutions.
• Create and manage documentation for data models and reports.
