You will work with business and data analysts to translate needs into analytical solutions, develop and test databases, queries, views, reports, and dashboards, and ensure data quality.

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree required.
• Experience with MCP or RAG AI technologies and Lakehouse architecture.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and MS T-SQL.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Business Information and Data Analysts to understand customer needs.
• Analyze data to improve business metrics and customer experience.
• Develop and test BI tools, reports and dashboards.
• Assist in data conversions, imports and exports across systems.
• Document models, solutions and implementations.
• Design and build reporting and analysis tools to streamline reporting and forecasting.
• Support integration of analytical platforms with enterprise systems.
• Troubleshoot analytics tools and track performance issues.
• Adhere to policies and standards.
