Job summary

Qualifications

Join CGI as a Data & Analytics Engineer (full-time consultant) and help design and deliver enterprise Data and Analytics solutions. What you’ll do

• Work with business partners to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and recommend technical solutions.
• Design and implement enterprise Data and Analytics solutions for unique and complicated business problems.
• Develop, document, and implement data models for transactional systems and/or reporting solutions.
• Build and implement ETL for analytics solutions and support data migrations.
• Create data analytic and reporting solutions using tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Contribute to estimation for project tasks.

Desired qualifications (optional)

• Hands‑on experience building end‑to‑end data and analytics solutions across data modeling, data warehousing, ETL, reporting, and analytics.
• Experience building and designing reporting and transactional models in database management systems such as SQL Server, Oracle, AWS RDS, RedShift, PostgresSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake.
• Experience planning and conducting complex data migrations.
• Understanding of Master Data Management tools and processes.
• Software development experience in Java, .NET, or Python.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, React, and/or JavaScript.
• Experience building AI solutions or leveraging AI in software development.
• Experience leading small teams of 1 to 3 people.
