Job summary

Santander Bank N.A. seeks a Data Analytics & Enablement Associate to build and enhance data solutions for analysis and reporting in a fast-paced financial services environment.

You will develop pipelines, dashboards, and automated processes to drive data-driven decisions, while partnering with business teams and ensuring data accuracy across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
  • 6 years of experience in data analytics, BI, or related field.
  • Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to design and interpret A/B or champion/challenger tests.
  • Experience with process automation tools or scripting (Python, R, Alteryx).
  • Clear communication to explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience: Computer Science, Management Information Systems or equivalent field. – Required.

  • 6 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.-Required

  • Hands‑on experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to design and interpret A/B or champion/challenger tests.

  • Background in statistical modeling or machine learning.
What Else You Need To Know:

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non‑exempt), the annual range is based on a 40‑hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

Base Pay Range

Minimum:

$80,625.00 USD

Maximum:

$130,000.00 USD
