Department of Information Technology UMGC Stateside Location: Dorsey Station, MD. University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC) seeks adjunct faculty to teach in the Data Analytics, Master of Science, program at Dorsey Station, MD.

Required Education and Experience

• Terminal Degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence or related field from an accredited institution of higher learning. Experience teaching within online higher education settings. 3-5 years of professional experience in Data Analytics, Data Science and Artificial Intelligence.
• This position is specifically teach at Dorsey Station, MD.

Preferred Education and Experience

• Industry Certifications in ML, AI, Data Science from Microsoft, IBM, Google, AWS.
• Experience teaching adult learners online and in higher education.

• Provide feedback to your program chair on possible curricular improvements.

• Assistant Adjunct Professor: Terminal Degree Step 1 $1,023 - Step 11 $1,288 per credit hour
• Associate Adjunct Professor: No Terminal Degree Step 1 $947 - Step 11 $1,205 per credit hour
• Associate Adjunct Professor: Terminal Degree Step 1 $1,202 - Step 11 $1,483 per credit hour
• Adjunct Professor: No Terminal Degree Step 1 $1,023 - Step 11 $1,288 per credit hour
• Adjunct Professor: Terminal Degree Step 1 $1,347 - Step 11 $1,645 per credit hour
