Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Plano, TX seeks a senior Data Architecture leader with 15+ years in D&A to design enterprise-scale analytics. You will define architecture for analytics and AI use cases, lead data transformation programs, and ensure governance across SAP, Microsoft, and other platforms. Travel to client locations as needed.

Strong communication, program management, and customer management skills are essential to align stakeholders and deliver scalable data solutions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of IT experience in D&A Solution and Data Architecture roles for enterprise-scale analytics.
• Strong knowledge of D&A platforms and architectures, including lakehouse, streaming and APIs.
• Experience with architecture governance, design reviews and enterprise standards.
• Experience delivering D&A solutions in manufacturing or related industries.

Responsibilities

• Define architecture for Data Analytics and AI use cases across enterprise platforms.
• Lead successful delivery of data transformation programs with program management.
• Ensure alignment with SAP, Microsoft, and approved enterprise platforms.
• Evaluate options for performance, cost and scalability trade-offs.
• Own architecture governance and design reviews.
• Collaborate with enterprise D&A architects to ensure adherence to principles.
• Willingness to travel to locations within or outside the US as needed.

• 15+ years of IT experience in D&A Solution and Data Architecture roles designing enterprise scale Data, Analytics solutions.
• Strong knowledge of D&A platforms (Snowflake, Azure, SAP BW/BDC).
• Strong presentation & communication skills; ability to engage senior-level audiences.
• Proven expertise in data architecture patterns (Lakehouse, streaming, batch, APIs).
• Experience with architecture governance, design reviews, and enterprise standards.
• Experience developing D&A solutions in manufacturing or related industries.
• Deep understanding of entire data life cycle: ingestion, modelling, data quality, data governance, Analytics solutions.

• Define architecture for Data Analytics and AI use cases across enterprise platforms.
• Strong program management to lead successful delivery of data transformation programs.
• Ensure architectural alignment with SAP, Microsoft, and approved enterprise platforms.

• Collaborate with customer’s enterprise architects and D&A architects to ensure adherence to enterprise principles.

Compensation

Base Salary Range: $130,000 to $160,000 per annum.
