Job summary

CompassX Group in San Diego is seeking a hands-on Scrum Master to lead Agile practices across teams. The ideal candidate will facilitate ceremonies, coach team members on Agile methods, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

This position requires a Bachelor's degree and 5–8+ years in Agile delivery, preferably in regulated industries. Benefits include a competitive salary of $130,000 – $170,000, remote working options, extensive health plans, and more.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in Agile delivery roles supporting data, analytics, or software engineering teams.
• Hands-on experience implementing DevOps or MLOps practices for AI/ML workloads.
• Experience in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or other regulated industries is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the hands-on Scrum Master for one or more teams.
• Coach Product Owners and Engineers on Agile principles.
• Ensure delivery practices support regulatory expectations.
