Must-Have Skills (Qualifications & Expertise)

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with 8+ years of overall IT experience.
• Domain Expertise: 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Analyst in the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain.
• Insurance Knowledge: In-depth understanding of P&C products, regulations, and core lifecycles—including underwriting, policy management, claims workflows, reinsurance, and actuarial functions.
• Core Systems: Hands-on experience with core insurance platforms (e.g., Guidewire, Duck Creek, Sapiens, Salesforce, or equivalent) for solution implementation or Data Lake/Data Warehouse integration.
• Data Analysis: Proficiency in source system analysis, data quality assessment, and Business Intelligence (BI)/analytics use case analysis.
• Technical Tools: Advanced proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, and data visualization platforms (Power BI or Tableau) to analyse, profile, and report data insights.
• Agile & Tools: Solid experience working within Agile frameworks utilizing Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Collaboration & Soft Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills, with proven experience coordinating delivery between onshore and offshore teams.
