Job summary

System One is seeking a Data Analyst with Interoperability to join our Lafayette, LA team. This permanent full-time role offers a hybrid model—onsite and remote—allowing collaboration with healthcare specialists and engineers to ensure accurate data exchange.

You will define data mappings for HL7 v2, FHIR, CCD/CDA, and X12 EDI, profile large healthcare datasets, and communicate requirements to both business and technical stakeholders. Strong SQL and analytics are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience in Healthcare Data Analysis with interoperability exposure.
• Knowledge of FHIR, CCDA, HL7 v2 and related interoperability frameworks.
• Strong business and data analysis experience.
• Expertise in writing and optimizing complex SQL queries across large datasets.
• Experience with Databricks, Teradata, Snowflake, AWS Athena or similar environments.
• Ability to perform data profiling, data mapping, quality analysis and root cause investigation.
• Experience translating requirements for both business and technical stakeholders.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
