Qualifications

• Experience documenting design procedures, test procedures, and business processes.
• Ability to gather inputs from SMEs and convert into documentation.
• Proficient in Word with advanced indexing and formatting.
• Excel, MS Teams, PowerPoint, and Word proficiency; PivotTables, VLOOKUP.
• Experience with SharePoint and QuickBase.
• Ability to work flexible hours and independently.
• Experience resolving scheduling conflicts and accommodating priorities.
