Guidehouse is seeking a Data Analyst / Visualization Consultant to transform complex operational and infrastructure data into actionable insights for programs and performance decisions. You will build dashboards and automated workflows using Power BI, Tableau, and Power Platform while collaborating with stakeholders on high-visibility initiatives.

The role emphasizes data quality, automation, and clear communication to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• Experience developing dashboards or visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Experience developing workflow applications and automations using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DHS PUBLIC TRUST; candidates must obtain adjudication prior to onboarding.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

What You Will Need

• Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DHS "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred
• Bachelor’s degree
• One (1) or more years of experience in data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, data visualization, automation, or application development.
• Experience developing dashboards or visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Experience developing workflow applications and automations using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a client-facing consulting environment.

What Would Be Nice To Have

• Experience with SQL, Excel, Power Query, or other data preparation tools.
• Working knowledge of data preparation, validation, analysis, visualization, and workflow design.
• Ability to translate business requirements into dashboards, applications, or automated workflows.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience developing interactive dashboards and performance reports.
• Familiarity with financial, operational, infrastructure, or performance data.
• Experience supporting public-sector organizations.
• Familiarity with data-quality checks and repeatable reporting processes.
• Experience working in an Agile or iterative delivery environment.
